This skills training program is delivered one day a week for
3 weeks to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed
to become work-ready and progress into sustainable employment or
self-employment or to move into further training or study.
We can also provide opportunities for work placement lasting
up to 4 weeks subject to availability of local employers.
This training provides practical guidance in the following areas:

- Working with others
- Interviewing Techniques
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Equality & Diversity in the workplace
- Time management & task prioritization
• CV creation, job search skills, online application and emailing
• Work Placement Opportunity (Subject to local employers opportunities)
• Skills check & career coaching
• One-One Employment Support
• Role Play on interview skills and techniques

Criteria: The programme is part-funded by: Enfield Community Funding, Tacking Poverty and Inequality Grant for Enfield Residents. They have set the below criteria for the training, which is available to Enfield residents that are. face specific and enduring barriers to employment. This programme is targeted at: • Recently unemployed • Long-term unemployed, but actively seeking work. • Economically inactive: not actively seeking work or unable to start work immediately due to caring responsibilities, health conditions or any other barriers they are experiencing.
