Home visits and accessible own location available.  

Using gentle movements, we aim to help the client increase flexibility and relieve pain through assisted stretches of the whole body, using oriental medicine, breathing techniques and encouraging the client to take back control of their body therefore learning techniques to increase health, improve wellbeing by working their body and mental health, always respecting their own personal choices. 

This service is suitable for people with mobility problems, elderly, disabled, those suffering chronic illnesses and physical recovery but not exclusively.  

Home visits and own location provided, service available by appointment from 9.00am-7.00pm.

 The cost of this activity for Simply Connect Enfield clients is £60 per hour, discounts available.

  Appointments only on Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm;

 Saturday from 9.00-3pm;

 Sunday from 9.00-1pm.
