Venue: Grange Park Methodist Church,  Old Park Ridings, London N21 2EU

Improve circulation, posture, reduce back pain and help prepare your body for labour in a safe and friendly environment. This class will focus on building a strong core and pelvic floor as well as increasing full body strength and fitness, safely for pregnancy.




All abilities welcome, please bring your own yoga mat.

Please check with your doctor you are clear to attend a light fitness class before attending.



YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK FOR THE TASTER SESSIONS - YOU CAN JUST TURN UP.

If you would like to continue after the 2 free sessions the booking payment starts from 9th May.
