Badminton, tennis’s lesser-known cousin! Easy to play and a fun social activity badminton provides numerous physical benefits.


Between running, lunging, and ball hitting, playing badminton burns body fat with an hourlong game burning about 450 calories. So, dust off your shuttlecocks and get set to improve your speed and reflexes at one of these fun sessions.

This session has a class supervisor on hand to lend tips and to organise game play.

Due to Covid 19 - Please bring your own racket where possible, shuttlecocks will be provided.

This activity is suitable for adults 18+
