Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 2.00pm-3.30pm .

The dates are the following: 15th of July, 19th of August, 16th of September

We also ask for the contact information of two people who know you well and can support your application, for example, a support worker.

Once you have filled out the form. Please send it back to us at Community House, 311 Fore Street, Community House, Edmonton, N9 0PZ or if possible scan it and  email to mail@one-to-one-enfield.co.uk

Once we have your application form we will arrange for a membership meeting with you, where you can get to know us and we can get to know you better. This meeting will be arranged after we have heard back from the two people who are supporting your application.
