 Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and emotional balance, it doesn't involve massage of the body, only gentle or no contact with hands. 

 It is suitable for adults, babies and children in handling diverse conditions.

 Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery through relaxation.

 I am a qualified Reiki practitioner.

 Service is available by appointment on Mo-Fri from 9.00am-8.00pm.;

 Saturday from 9.00-3pm;

 Sunday from 9.00-1pm. The cost of this activity for Simply Connect Enfield clients is £60 per hour, discounts available.
