The counselling service is available to those who wish to work cooperatively with a therapist in order to address their emotional and practical problems.

You may want to explore issues relating to relationship, bereavement, work, health, anxiety or sexual/social difficulties, for example.

Our counsellors are trained in an integrative approach at diploma level and is able to offer a range of empathic and focused skills to help you.

A number of weekly sessions will be negotiated at your assessment interview with the counsellor.
