One Saturday a month we will hold a women support group in Lancaster centre, using: YOGA, MEDITATION, DYNAMIC MEDITATION, VOICE FREEDOM TECHNIQUES, FEMININE AWAKEING SYSTEM OF MIRANDAY GRAY, TAOIST TECHNIQUES, Sharing circle. Ruth is a qualified Moon Mother , Taoist and Yoga teacher. My intention is to help women cope with all issues we might face like: infertility, physical conditions, emotional and mental health.
From 2-4 pm one Saturday a month.
