If you’re caring for someone with Dementia, we’re here to support you. This group provides useful information and an opportunity to meet other Dementia carers.  Come along and meet other carers in similar circumstances.

Usually 3rd Thursday of the month 2pm - 3.30pm

Groups are now ‘mixed’ participation – online (Zoom) or you can come into the Centre.

If you’d like to be face-to-face, you must call 020 8366 3677 to book a space. Everyone coming to the Centre must wear a mask, sanitise their hands and have their temperature taken when they enter the building. Social distancing rules and other safety measures apply. No drop-ins will be admitted. 

Don’t worry if you don’t have a computer or smartphone—you can still join the meeting by phone. Just dial the number and enter the meeting id.  If you would like to be helped through the joining process, call the Centre on 020 8366 3677.

Sessions are for unpaid carers who are registered with the Enfield Carers Centre.
