Second Tuesday of every month 11 am-1 pm
Meet other ex-carers, build a life after caring, share your tips, experiences and concerns and discuss coping strategies. Grief is a natural reaction to losing a person you care about. There's no “correct way” to grieve. Our experiences of grief are unique. Grieving can be painful. It can’t be instantly fixed and it won’t just disappear. However, grief and heartache will lessen and there will come a time in
the future where you will be able to cope better with your loss.
ECC has run a therapeutic Bereavement Group for a number of years and has supported many carers during that time.
From Tuesday 14 September 2021 and each month thereafter our Bereavement Group sessions will cover the 7 stages of grief.
The Seven Stages of Grief
