PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS:

Fully funded online 4 week parent support group. Benefits of joining the online workshops and the dates / times these are available to you. This is an online event via Zoom, once a week for 4 weeks:

• Real life conversations about the highs and lows of parenting.

• Opportunity to learn and implement the solution focused techniques when dealing with conflict or challenging behaviours.

• Meet parents facing similar challenges and a chance to create new support networks.

• The flexibility of having your camera on or off and using an alias if this makes you more comfortable.

• A non-judgmental environment with useful and informal conversations that will benefit you and your family.

The workshops are run by an FBS staff member and supporting by experienced co-facilitators. The workshops are once a week for 4 weeks via Zoom.
