Aims & Activities
Provides services to African French Speaking Communities by the relief of persons who are in conditions of poverty, sickness and distress by providing such persons with advice on health, housing , education and social issues; the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the said beneficiaries.
