This group runs on Wednesdays from 9.30-12.30. Suitable for ages 18+.
Weekly Voluntary Working Group maintaining flower beds in the park, weeding, fertilising, pruning, etc., alongside the park keeper. All equipment provided. No previous knowledge or skills needed. Friendly, mutually supportive group. Gardening has been proven to be good for physical and mental health, and coupled with volunteering is one of the best stress relievers known, giving both immediate and long term satisfaction.
