***TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE FOR GENERAL PUBLIC DUE TO COVID-19 ****until further notice***Working outside in a public park to maintain community spaces including a kitchen garden, wildlife garden and orchard. No experience necessary and all tools, gloves and hi vis vests provided. Typical activities include weeding, pruning, watering, mulching, sowing seeds, planting shrubs and bulbs, trimming the grass, maintaining pathways and generally keeping the park tidy and free from litter. You can work at you own pace in groups or individually. You should dress for the weather and wear suitable, sturdy footwear. Free refreshments but you should bring your own food.
The activity takes place every Tuesday from 10.00am - 1.30pm and is suitable for local residents.
